Fear and anxiety can be truly paralysing. It takes awareness to pause and check-in with ourselves and notice that in most cases, in this moment, we are ok.  Most of our fear and anxiety stems from the past and future. If we stay present in this moment, we can breathe in the reality that we are ok.
