Bruce Lehrmann to face retrial in 2023

 The man accused of sexual assault without consent with Brittany Higgins will face another trial in February next year.

 The new trial date has been set pending the prosecution’s decision to proceed.

The ACT Director of Public Prosecutions Shane Drumgold has confirmed he will pursue the retrial.
